Is Halo Infinite an open world?

To date, we’ve only seen exactly nine minutes of gameplay released during the Xbox Games Showcase 2020 livestream. From those footage, it was clear that it was designed with more open-minded gameplay in mind to give away. more freedom for the players.

Rather than linear levels, the Master Chief will be able to explore an entire halo ring where players could encounter a skull in the environment or walk through a Covenant outpost.

Playing as the Master Chief will also be different this time around, as he now has upgrades and a tech tree. Players in overtime will unlock new gear such as a fall shield and grappling hook. In the past, Halo games have had upgrades like rocket packs and armor locks, but instead of limited pickups, it looks like those upgrades will stick around throughout your game.

Unfortunately, however, dual wielding will no longer return, but you can potentially knock enemies off the halo ring.

Infinite Halo Graphics

Halo’s graphics have been a hot topic of debate for years. After strong community feedback on Halo 4, Halo 5: Guardians, and Halo Wars 2, 343 Industries has reverted to an aesthetic more inherited from the original trilogy.

Unfortunately, even with the new / old art style, the community weren’t happy with the visual fidelity that Halo Infinite exhibited. The gameplay demo was filled with pop-ins, plastic-like textures, and flat lighting. To that end, 343 Industries has pledged to raise the overall level of loyalty and presentation of the end game.

But what is clear is that the main enemies of Halo Infinite are The Banished in Infinite – a rogue faction of Brutes from Halo Wars 2. The main villain is the Outlaw’s Warchief, Warchief Escharum who has took control of the halo ring as his last fight against the master. Chief.
